There is no doubt that Facebook is the most popular social networking site today with more than half a billion members to boast. Its influence is also unparalleled.
But how about a baby’s name taking inspiration from the social networking giant?
A baby in Israel was reportedly named after a popular Facebook button said international reports.
The Israeli couple named their baby “Like”. Vardit Adler, the mother of the baby with a very unique name told international reporters,
“It’s short and sweet. It’s very important to me and to my husband that the names we give our children are unique, creative and totally new.”
“Like” has two older sisters named Dvash (10) and Pie (5).
Asked about the possibility of her child receiving criticisms, Adler said
“I’m not worried about other children teasing Like. Dvash and Pie don’t seem to mind their special names and nobody teases them.”
Mrs. Adler also shared that she had set up a Facebook page for her child “Like”.
