After a successful concert with Wally Bayola at the Smart Araneta Coliseum last Friday, Eat Bulaga host Jose Manalo is recently facing controversies after his wife Annalyn Manalo exposed their relationship status on a showbiz talk show on Sunday.
Mrs. Manalo told “The Buzz” that her husband abandoned her because of an affair with a young dancer and said that she knew about this but kept it secret so it won’t affect their children.
“Sa pagkakaalam ko, at alam na alam na naming lahat, mayroon at marami na rin akong pruweba na totoo nga ito—totoo ngang may babae siya. Totoo pong inabandona kami. Umalis siya January 6 this year, pero yung mga bagay na ito, alam ko na last year pa. Since January, alam ko na ang nangyayari. Tinitiis ko lang lahat ito para sa mga bata,” Annalyn said.
Annalyn also told The Buzz that Jose no longer texts and as well changed his number. She also stated that she talked to her husband’s woman and begs her to leave Jose.
“Dalawang beses ko siyang kinausap na parang awa na niya, layuan na niya ang asawa ko dahil may mga anak ito, lalong lalo na may maliit kaming anak. Sana makonsensiya siya,” she said.
Annalyn added that her husband allegedly made up stories which make her look bad among the comedian’s friends and workmates.
Regardless of the issue, Annalyn said that she is willing to forgive Jose if he ever comes back to their home again.
“Gusto ko sabihin sa ‘yo na mahal na mahal kita. Ginawa ko to dahil sobrang sakit na ng nararamdaman ko para sa mga anak ko,”
Three years ago, Mrs. Manalo faced lawsuit after being responsible for a multi-million jewelry scam which made the comedian leave Eat Bulaga temporarily to avoid the issue.
