It seems that you can’t have the best of both worlds.
After Iza Calzado transferred to ABS-CBN from her former station GMA7, it seems that her career has stagnated. We can’t see her on any shows, except on ASAP every Sunday. She was promised to be in a soap and a couple of movie projects, but up to now, nada.
Or maybe she is still filming?
Anyways, despite a seemingly stagnated entertainment career, Iza’s love life has found a new sunlight.
After breaking up with her businessman boyfriend many months ago, Iza revealed that she is dating a non-showbiz guy. In a press launch of a beauty product, Iza shared,
“I’m dating someone.”
Asked about choosing between a non-showbiz suitor and a celebrity suitor, Iza answered,
“Wala din namang gustong magpadala sa set ko ng bulaklak, so okay lang. Wala namang nanliligaw na taga-showbiz. Walang lumapit.”
Iza is going 30 this year and she is very much excited to soon work with Gabby Concepcion for a planned teleserye.
