The friendly match between Philippine football team Azkals versus US Virgin Islands was cancelled, reports said.
The Azkals are currently on their 15-day training camp in the United States for preparation for the AFF Suzuki Cup which will be held in November.
According to reports, US Virgin Island apparently cancelled their FIFA-sanctioned friendly game due conflict of schedules.
“This is a training camp so we continue training and we will have scrimmages with other teams,” Azkals manager Dan Palami stated.
The Azkals previously lost their game against Premier Development League team, Chicago Inferno on Sunday with the score of 1-3.
